Quit the habit of drinking water immediately after eating food.  Due to this your food is not digested properly.  There should be a gap of at least 30 to 50 minutes between eating food and drinking water.

Avoid cold water in the fridge

Never drink cold water from the fridge immediately after coming from the heat, it weakens your body.  Always drink fresh water mixed with refrigerator water.
